These are both full price rebates. There are also have some Physicians Formula products with partial ($6) rebates. Just make sure you purchase the products with the pink rebate stickers on, as you will need to mail in the sticker as well as your original receipt.
I have used the eyeliner (Eye Booster) for about 2 weeks now, and already my eyelashes seem longer! I have not yet purchased the mascara, however, I heard it is really good, and I will buy one as soon as I find one with a sticker.
